This TCPA Disclosure explains how NestCoverage and our marketing

partners may contact you when you submit your information through

our website. Please read this disclosure carefully.

1. WHAT IS THE TCPA

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a US federal

law that regulates telemarketing calls, text messages, and the

use of automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages. The

TCPA requires your prior express written consent before companies

may contact you using automated technology for marketing purposes.

By submitting your information through any NestCoverage form,

quiz, or landing page, you provide your prior express written

consent for NestCoverage and its marketing partners to contact

you at the telephone number(s) and email address you provided,

even if your number is registered on a federal or state Do Not

Call list. This consent applies to communications by:

- Live phone calls

- Automated phone calls (autodialer)

- Prerecorded or artificial voice messages

- SMS and MMS text messages

- Email

These communications may include:

- Information about insurance products

- Connections with licensed insurance agents, brokers, and carriers

- Follow-up regarding your inquiry

4. CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE

Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition

of purchasing any product or service.

5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages and

phone calls. Message frequency varies. Contact your mobile

carrier for details about your plan.

6. HOW TO OPT OUT

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of communications at

any time:

- SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further

text messages

- Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

- Phone: Tell the caller you wish to be placed on the Do Not

Call list, or contact us at [email protected]

- All communications: Email [email protected] with the

subject line "Opt Out" and we will process your request within

10 business days

Note: Opting out of marketing communications does not affect

transactional or service communications related to your existing

inquiry.

7. ACCURACY OF YOUR INFORMATION

You represent that the telephone number(s) and email address

you provide belong to you and that you are authorized to receive

communications at those addresses. If your contact information

8. RECORDED CALLS

Some calls to or from NestCoverage and our marketing partners

may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance

purposes.

9. STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

applicable state laws including but not limited to laws in

California, Florida, Oklahoma, and Washington.
